I have been on the worst ride in a while. Is it my play or just the worst luck?

Hand #1
The villain as no stats. Is this the wrong move?
http://www.pokerhand.org/?1578697

Hand #2
I just sit at the table. Villain has just shoved 2 hands earlier.

Hand #3
Villain calls my UTG raise and a UTG +1 call with 85o and leads a 984 board when he was rr, he shoved.
In this hand I think I am so far ahead that I was happy to get it in. this is the hand that stopped my play. It has been a tough week.

Hand 1 HH is a bit messed up, can I assume he check-raised you?
I like flat-call and reevaluate turn However since I have played w/ STINO before and know he is nitty I'll probably just fold to the c/r. And please table-select better coz Danpil is also a well known nit that doesn't stack off often

Hand 2 Easy shove against a shortie

Hand 3 Don't let bad beats affect your play

omg post your hands in the thread for 10000th time lol.

umm in hand 3 i wouldn't feel comfortable getting that much money in preflop with AKo.

lol riverstars.

1. Raise on the flop is rarely a flush on stars surely? A jack calls you down.
2. standard? I hate AK preflop fwiw.

3. Ewwwwww, too much money going in preflop IMO.

you stack off pretty light

ex. pushing AK pf is a <10BB sng/mtt move, not ring

Hand 1: Not terrible because you're only loosing to a set and many drawing hands make this same play... aside from the all in. I think you should have slowed down after cillain raised the first time.

Hand 2: Get it all in asap on flop.

Hand 3: I rarely get it all in preflop, but it looks like you made the right read/play so nice hand, bad beat.

Without looking at the hands, Dr. Phil says yes. You posted this. When you run bad and you are pissed, learn to take a break and take a walk...very EV+

sounds like duh advice, but try it for real. We talk here so much about what to do in hands, but an average player with excellent emotional control can outwin a great player with poor emotional control.
