I was just playing on Paradise Poker and caught 4 queens on the flop, and ended up getting beat on the river by a royal flush of spades. Anyone know the odds of that happening? I was doing so good too!

I'll assume Villain used both his holecards in the Royal Flush.
Assuming you had QQ (so flop QQx)
(2*4/50*3/49)*(2/48*1/47*3)*(2/46*1/45*44/44)
first two terms are opp hole cards, third and fourth terms are our quads, remaining three terms are the board making the RF.
= 0.00000000839%
If you had Qx (so flop QQQ)
(3*4/50*3/49)*(3/48*2/47*1/46)*(2/45*1/44)
=0.0000000002145%
Dunno if these calculations are correct, bit of on the fly work, but they might be..

Hopefully you were playing well within your bankroll so you can shrug off the loss and move on. The fact that you made a post about it, and not in the bad beats section, makes me worry...
