2 hands with villain he is 50/50 no reads. reason i am opening this hand here is because everyone behind me was cornhole tight so i had been raising a fair amount late

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (9 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

UTG+1 ($7.63)
MP1 ($10)
MP2 ($12.70)
Hero (MP3) ($15.39)
CO ($8.03)
Button ($9.87)
SB ($4)
BB ($6.90)
UTG ($10)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with 9, Q
UTG checks, 3 folds, Hero bets $0.45, 4 folds, UTG calls $0.35

Flop: ($1.05) Q, 8, J (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $0.80, UTG calls $0.80

Turn: ($2.65) 6 (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $1.45, UTG calls $1.45

River: ($5.55) 9 (2 players)
UTG bets $4.10, Hero ?

Total pot: $13.75 | Rake: $0.91

as we are noticing here i am having a lot of trouble playing rivers especially determining whether or not to call bets...i need 29.8 % equity to call

against a range of 99,AdKd,AQs,KTs,QTs,JTs,AQo,KTo i have 29.32% so barely a fold, as you drop aq combos and add sets and other jt/qt's, the ev obv goes down.

I don't think he would c/c two streets with a set on that board texture then lead the river big on a scare card.

Looks like a fold to me

Is it too cautious to check behind on the turn for pot control?

Funny, I bet bigger and make it the last bet that's going into the pot.

Did he really post UTG at full ring or is the HH screwed up?

As for the river, I think you're good here sometimes, but without more information not often enough to call.
