I'd probabaly c/r the turn ($2.2) and lead the river probably putting Villain AI. Or I just lead 2/3 pot on turn and river.

The only hand your really worried about is AK

Your check/call on the flop and turn just screams that youve got a king. Propably should of raised him on the turn, thats the way your gonna get maximum value IMO.
I mean imagine if you was this guy nd youve seen ur opponent check/call the flop and river..theres no draws out there, youve gotta put him on slow-playing a monster.

And i dont know why you check/called the river..i cant see why you didnt raise?!? betting out or at least raising him would surely make more money in the long run. You cant think ur beat here can you?

I don't really like the check/calls. They aren't telling you whether he's bluffing or value betting you. Does he have air? Possible he has AA and is just hoping you dont have a king. It's possible he has AK as well, so I'd throw in a check raise on the turn too. It's gonna make him think hard about his hand, unless it's a bluff. As Geanossss said as well, checking when trips turn up, and then calling screams "I HAVE TRIPS BUT IM SLOW PLAYING THEM." Personally I'm always betting this flop, unless I know the player behind me is super aggressive and will bet for me.

I don't really like any line with this hand. Agree should probably c/r turn. My thinking :

Villain bets too weak to have a K really IMHO, but if he does it's KJ+ with more weight on AK so i'm at best 50/50 that i'm ahead, so no reason to jam the pot.

Unless it's some crazily-weak continuation bet, only other hands i can put villain on are 76/65 (some people like to raise small with them) or a pocket pair. I think any of these hands fold to a reraise on any street apart from a small reraise on the river maybe, apart from pocket pairs that have hit which obviously i don't want to put extra money in the pot with. Wasn't really sure what to make of the river bet, in hindsight i'm almost never behind here and should probably raise, but recently i've made a few plays where i've raised to action on the river where there's only a couple of hands that beat me, but then realised nothing else calls me, so it was a bad raise. Initially i thought that about this one, i'm not sure now.

Thanks for the input guys.

well you need to raise at some point. there are a lot of spots to do it, but check calling down definetly isnt the best line.

You goal should be getting the most money into the middle in this pot. On the flop, the check call is fine, worse hands might fire again. On the turn, his weak bet is pretty much telling you that if you want money in the pot, you're gonna have to raise him.

Definitely check/raise this turn. As played, didn't his small ass river bet just drive you crazy? I would have had trouble flat calling anything in that spot, without raising.

I don't like it. Check on the flop into 2 players is ok. Flat call on the flop is ok. But turn you should really mess with his head and lead out I think. A check/raise or check/call is baisically flat out telling him you have him beat. I say lead out with a $.75 bet. If he raises I think we have to stick with this hand, in this spot, at these limits. But, if he flat calls you need to bet the river hard because more often hes turning over an under pair like JJ or 10 10 here rather then a K.
