Having some problems doing this, they play so many and are so aggressive that I'm having a hard time putting them on cards. I can usually put them on 1 of 3 hands but that's not enough, some guys call every bloody hand so they can have pocket aces to 3-5. Ive been looking for tells but they're hard for me to catch. Any suggestions on reading them

No you can't. Put them on ranges. Play your CARDS. I know poker is about playing the player, but if you're in the fish infested micro-limits, you gotta play your damn cards quite a bit. Concentrate firstly on "Am I beat or do I have the best hand? Do I have the right price to draw to a better hand? What do I need to bet to scare away his draw, or at least make me happy if he calls with a draw? [If you have the best hand] What's the ost I can get from him? At lower limits I believe this comes before thoughts such as "I think he has XY So I can bluff him with a bet of X amount" For that you need to know their cards. For the questions I asked you need to know their range. Three hands is a pretty slim range in most situations.
