I was messing around on nl and a short stacked reraised my reraise all in, I put the rest of my chips in to protect my hand. Is the uncalled amount of my bet raked? Sorry for the dumb question.

Not usually. But not knowing the rules for every internet poker site. It's possible that some site may do that.

I don't know what they have to say
It makes no difference anyway.
Whatever it is...
I'm against it.

It's pretty standard that uncalled bets are not raked. Also if there is no flop then most places will not rake the pot reagrdless of the betting (the so-called "no flop, no drop" policy). If your worried about it then check with the rake policy of the specfic site in question
