first question, is there any way i can track my BB/100 rate without pokertracker? (besides looking through all my HH's and figuring it out manually lol)

second question, I've heard a good winrate is like 3bb/100 hands (if I'm remembering this right)...Since I have no idea what my BB/100 rate is, is there some kind of formula I can use to figure out roughly how much I should be averaging/hour? I play 5 tables on .25/.5 nl ps. of course there's variance but still it would be nice to have something to aim for overall.

You can keep track of how many BB you have won then divide it by how many hundreds of hands you've played. That'll work just fine.

Winrate depends a lot on the stakes you're playing at, and for low stakes, 3/100 isn't too great...but anything positive is a good start~
Up my bankroll - buy Saints Row.

If you dont have poker tracker (like me too!) then i use this site which simply allows you to follow your progress. Its free to sign up and will keep a recorded history of your results.
If you dont like it fine. Just a suggestion.

You can guesstimate accurately enough.

How many tables do you play * how long you play for * average hands dealt for a full table/6max in an hour

Then just convert your winnings to BBs and divide by your estimate hand total.

Then round down so that you always feel you can do better.

Anyone know average hands dealt at a full table per hour. 6max?

Smithers, use the amnesia ray.
You mean the revolver, sir?
Precisely.

If you're really serious about your game you def need PT.I also recommend PokerGrapher and PokerAce.THis way I always have my winrates in front of me as my desktop so I always know where I stand.

Trust me PT trully does pay for itself the first week.I consider PT just as important as forum reading, book studying, and some TV poker watching.
