Most of the experienced players on this board, say you need to raise more.
I don't think I raise enough...so I need your advice on when to raise, re-raise, and call a raise.
RAISE
I currently raise....AA, KK, QQ, JJ, TT(most of the time), AKs, AK, AQs, AQ, AJs (button), KQs (button), KQ (button). My typical raise is 4x BB, but it varies from 3-6 based on position and table tightness.
RERAISE
I haven't done this much...but will with AA or KK
CALLING A RAISE
Any of the hands I raise I would call with..usually with all pairs up to 5xBB
Where do I need to improve on the raising, etc?
Do you c-bet after any raise? or are their exceptions?
Thanks for any help.

Say that you know the table is passive. You also know that some people will limp almost anything just to see a flop. When it gets around to you at the cutoff or the button and you see something like 89s, raise. Go 4xBB + another bet for each limp.
If you know that you're against a lag who will raise anything including the kitched sink, open up your reraising range. Only reraising AA KK broadcasts your hand.
If you're up against a lag and you think that others at the table will come along for the ride, or others in front of you have already called, then you can call the raises with suited connector and gappers, and pocket pairs.
I c-bet a lot. If you raise 4x and get 3 callers (and some of those are calling stations) and you completely miss the flop, a c-bet is not usually the best play.
