Villain is pretty much unknown running 24/18 over 30 hands or so. His 3 bet % is 8 over this but, meh, pointlessly small sample.

Is it better just to 4-bet to get it in pre-flop here?

Vinland is an unknown quantity at this point
can't speak much for 20nl but at 2nl, the 3bet is usually for something big ie AK, QQ+ so I dont shove PF. The one time I did, I ran into KK...
The K doesnt seem to phase him so I would proceed with caution. I like your raise given your strong FD...
I confess in quicksand

since you have no reads, 24/18 is TAgg stats, so i wouldn't feel all so confident that he's calling all in w JJ- or AQ-. I think how you play this on the flop is the really interesting part. in fact playing three tone flops is always interesting to me and i have trouble playing them. looks like you're getting the money in while your equity is still good and scaring away AA and AK. maybe even an overpush all in is even better here so that you can scare off KK? again i'm clueless when it comes to three toned flop so interested to hear feedback

I'm not so sure about my flop line here. I don't think I ever scare away AK AA or KK at all. This is a 3-bet pot and unless villain is really bad, he isn't going to fold any of these to a check raise. I'm not even sure he folds like KQ or KJ if he happened to squeeze with these.

I do have decent equity vs his range here though and I don't want to have to fold to a barrell on a blank turn if I flat. Be interested to here some more oppinions aswell.

i hate a 4b pre. 8% translates to about 3 times over your 30 hand sample, so he is 3betting pretty wide i think. If that is true, then we have good equity against his 3b range pre, BUT if we 4b we are forcing him to only continue with his better hands in that range which we are likely behind.

i actually like it as played (obv intending to call if he minreraises all in).

and lol at villains ever folding aa, ak, kk on this board.

Flatting is fine. If you were OOP I would lean towards 4-betting.

I have no clue what you're trying to do on the flop.

If you think he only continues with better to a 4-bet, then you've just discovered a candidate for 4-bet bluffs @ the micros... a rare sight.
Unless it's a sample error (also likely)... but overall those look pretty standard Tagg for 6m

I like the call pf. QQ is playable post flop and you should give yourself a chance to play it. I don't hate your raise on the flop but I don't know if you need to go so large. I think you can get the same information if you raise to $8. If he comes over the top I say fold.

Fail. I think you've just described thee worst possible way to play this hand. If we raise this flop - we are getting it in because we still have near to 40% equity vs his range for stacking off. Raise/folding for "information" is one of the worst things you could ever do in a 3 bet pot imo.

Okay, I'm now thinking a call on the flop is better since he never folds better to our raise. I'm just not sure what our plan on blank turns should be if we flat?
