12,000 hands might be a little early to draw conclusions but looking at my Poker Tracker stats but it seems like almost all the money I've made from QQ comes from sets.

Party Poker $25 NL

Stats for AA, KK, QQ:

AA: times: 54, Net: 222.57, Ave/Hand: 4.12

KK: times: 52, Net: 45.07, Ave/Hand: 0.87
( rivered by JJ,QQ and AK after being AI with the best hand too often)

QQ: times: 69, Net: 15.92, Ave/Hand: 0.23
( would be higher if AK didn't suck out and river a flush for a $40 pot)

Stats for AA, KK, QQ when hand went to showdown:

AA: times: 17, Net: 158.06, Ave/Hand: 9.3

KK: times: 14, Net: -12.81, Ave/Hand: -0.92

QQ: times: 13, Net: 15.92, Ave/Hand: 0.23

W/L: 9/4
Winning hands:
Queens full of nines: 1 3.50
Ace high straight: 1 4.10
3 of a kind, queens: 5 15.66 + 9.00 + 8.5 + 5.3 + 1.34 = 39.80
two pairs, queens and twos: 1 3.90 (just called PFR and called them down)
a pair of queens: 1 2.35(K on flop had to check turn & riv)
Losing hands:
three of a kind, queens: 1 -19.99 (rivered, villain AI on turn)
two pairs, queens and nines: 1 -6.81 (villain AI PF A6o lol)
two pairs, queens and sevens: 1 -13.25 (rivered, villain AI on flop)
a pair of queens: 1 -4.98 (villain AI PP K7o lol)

Out of 69 times I only showed down an unimproved QQ and won 2 times, and both hands were played passively for small pots. I won quite a few pots by betting the QQ and everyone else folding, but in those pots does it really matter than I han an unimproved QQ? I could've bet any hand the same way and won those pot. After noticing this I have stopped 3 betting QQ PF. I am only raising QQ in LP now, so far it's working well, I've floped a set of Qs a couple times now and got paid of by hands that would never call if I PFRd. I am also showing down my QQ more often to beat TP with hands like JTo. How much do you make showing down an unimproved QQ? In poker tacker on the general tab go to "filters" and chose Pairs and went to showdown, I'll bet you'll be surprised how few people will pay to see your unimproved QQ. If you limp with QQ sometimes, compare "any raise" to "no raise". I don't have many stats on "no raise" yet but I'd be interested to see yours.

ya 12k hands really isn't enough to get definitive individual starting hand stats.

For example, I have 15k hands in PT since I reformatted my computer, and here are my five winning-est hands

1. AA-----6.87 bb/hand
2. KQs----5.38
3. AKs----4.15
4. 55-----2.61
5. KK-----2.32

Now, in reality, under optimum play, your five most profitable hands should be AA,KK,QQ,AK,JJ. But variance is a bitch. I apparently hit sets with 55 a lot. But theoretically I should be making just as much with every other small pair.

My QQ until recently was a loser because of variance. Literally everytime I had QQ there was a rag flop and I was up against AA or KK. Finally, long term is setting in and QQ has made me 50 bucks.

In order of total profits, without looking, I'm almost positive my total profit goes something like this:

AA
KK
QQ
AKo

Profit per hand, I think it goes like this:

AA
KK
QQ
JJ

no, theoretically you shouldn't. theoretically 33 should out-earn 22, 44 should out-earn 33, 55 should out-earn 44, etc.

But only just. The only times 44 out-earns 33 is when it comes to a set over set, or a checked down pot. Those dont come up very often.
gabe: Ive dropped almost 100k in the past 35 days.

bigspenda73: But how much did you win?

ya I was approximating, generally the only time you cash with 22-66 is when you hit a set.
