OK villain is 0/0 over 9 hands

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (9 handed) - Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

MP1 ($37.29)
MP2 ($10.80)
MP3 ($42.43)
CO ($25)
Button ($24.65)
Hero (SB) ($27.17)
BB ($33.04)
UTG ($26.46)
UTG+1 ($10.24)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q, Q
3 folds, MP2 bets $0.75, 1 fold, CO raises to $2, 1 fold, Hero calls $1.90, 2 folds

Flop: ($5) 4, 9, 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $2.50, Hero calls $2.50

Turn: ($10) 6 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $9, Hero folds

Total pot: $10 | Rake: $0.50

The thing that threw me off the most is his sizing, doesn't look liek TT/JJ...i considered raising the flop but decided against it....i think his river range with this sizing is like AA/99

fold pre, bet-fold or check-fold flop as played. Check-call seems pretty bad.

I dont like calling pre, mainly because our hand seem pretty face up when calling a 3b oop.
As played.I lead out for 3.50 and fold to a raise

I'm not understanding to fold pre. I can see it in some cases but there's a small 3bet with the original raiser also likely to come along 100bb effective with the 3bettor. If hero opened then yeah fold to the 3bet if it's "normal" size but we usually get another player (shorty...I know) and have what seems to be good implied odds. I guess if we view this small 3bet as a sign that he's begging the original raiser to call then yeah I can see a case. I don't know I'd have to try some math stuff I could be way off.

without reads on the original opener pre-flop is kinda hard to judge

um, sure. So what about against a 3-bettor range AK/KK+? You planning on getting paid by the 16/28 of his range when you hit? but you aren't prepared to stack off on low boards cos you're scared of the 12/28 part of his range. and you shouldn't 100% discount a 4b shove from MP when you flat pre either.
set-mining oop with max 12:1 is borderline - i mean, what's your plan on AQx? T74? calling pre is fine if you have a plan, but if you have a plan when you call then you don't have a difficult decision post-flop...

seems like you're giving up position and card advantage here at the very least, and people seem to under-estimate the importance of position a whole heap.

He would play TT/JJ the same way imo. What about a 4bet/fold ? You have no idea about his range of 3 bet, and also you don't mention any info about the first raiser. Maybe he has a large range, so CO, on position, made a raise with a hand like AdJd, or AdQd with 15 outs in the flop, who wouldn't bet ? Also the bet on turn makes me think he wants you out from the pot, not like a value bet. Sorry if my english sucks, that's because I'm a spanish speaker (argentinian)
