I have had like over half of my QQ hands go bad over the past several weeks. As for example I floped trips with a Ace on the flop, push on the flop, get a fish to call me, and a another Ace pops up on the river as he holds some stupid thing like A3o. AA & KK I have no issues, as well as JJ, but QQ has been my problem hand. Anyone else have simular issues?

Erm. So you're getting bad beaten?

I say oh well. Suck it up and keep playing.

I win consistantly with QQ, but its still my worst pair.

I get better all the time. Just remember to play it more like JJ than KK and you'll be fine.

I tried to recreate the situation:

You: Qc Qh
Him: Ac 3h

Flop: Ad 6s Qd

Here your opponent has a whopping 1.30% to beat you. The reason is that even if he gets an A on the river, without a 3 or 6 on the turn he's still beat by your boat. When you're the 98.7% favorite, it's pretty safe to say you did the right thing and got a bad beat

If we change the flop to already give him that pair;

Flop: Ad 3s Qd

Here you're still ahead with 91.4% to take it home. QQ really is fine, lol..

The times you have to be careful are after a preflop raise and reraise when the flop comes down

JT3

I know you have an overpair, but really what can you beat that is getting its stack in?
This used to cause me quite alot of problems until I really thought about it.
gabe: Ive dropped almost 100k in the past 35 days.

bigspenda73: But how much did you win?

It's my 3rd best hand apparently (according to PT). Oddly enough, behind KK and AA!!!

Looking at by Win % it's tied in 7th with AQs (71.5%). But by BB/Hand, it's like 24th (1.25 bb/Hand). I feel like the broads are robbing me of my money.
