QQ UTG. Assume you always raise 4xbb. How do you play it before the flop if you are raised?

Here's my thoughts.

Against a reraise from an aggressive player who likes to reraise, I'm pushing, against a very tight player who reraises, I'm folding. Otherwise, I'm calling and leading any non-A or K-high flop.

Multiple callers? I guess I'm letting it slide if an A or K flops, or a strong draw like Td9d8d comes.

It depends on the game. A tighter player in a low limit game (1/2 b+m or 25max online) may just be bad enough to reraise 99 or AQ here. I push against most reraises at loose/donkish games. If I get beat, I rebuy.

At a game full of players, you need a read. It's not a rote kinda thing, there's no magic spell for ANY situation in poker.

If I had to program a computer to do it, I'd say the laggier 80% get a push, the taggier 20% get a fold. I don't really want to see a flop here, and I like putting the pressure on my opponent. A small pot is just fine for me with ladies.
Check out my self-deprecation here!

I tend to fold them rather than push them.

I can't remember many times where I would have got the money in preflop with QQ and been good.

There's a saying never go broke with a Queen in your hand BEFORE the flop.

That being said:against a LAG I am reraising to put the heat back on them.On the flop I will lead if it is not dangerous.

Against a rock or TAG I will just call for set value. If I hit my Queen then his stack is coming to me.
