This seems like just an advertising type play. I thought there was a small chance he lays down to the push. Probably 11/12 good outs right? 6's J's T's and 9's. (4+4+2+1.5 for 9's if he has a set).

No reads. But he did reraise out of the bb. Probably big pair, right?

Maybe I should have just let it go. What do you guys do?

I've been playing a lot more aggressive off the button and LP, so I'm getting myself into these weird place I've never really been before. Thanks for being patient with me (and all my recent posts).

I like it given that you're getting almost 2:1 and he's representing an overpair. Plus plays like this get you action when you push with a set when there are draws on the board.

Everything Zook said. I love playing these kind of draws aggressively. With the fold equity you'll generally have above all else, plus the fact guys will sometimes push with any play at this level makes it an even better idea.
