Just thought I'd mention there's a beta out that has a useful new tool I was looking for.
It graphs your EV and your actual results on your allins. I find this to be reassuring because I thought maybe the last week or so I'd been a heater, catching more suckouts than I'd realized etc. Turns out I've getting unlucky, so I should actually have expected to be up by more!
I know there are some other programs that do this, but wanted to know if PT did it and found out they just started with this beta upgrade. They'll incorporate it into more of the analysis areas in a later edition.

I too was very excited when PT3 finally put an AI EV calculation in place but unfortunately it is broken.....

The Beta PT3 EV calculation works fine for HU calculations but it is flawed because it doesn't calculate multi-pots correctly. Basically, if it is a multi-way pot, it calculates your EV based on the Main Pot only and doesn't calculate or weight the various side pots separately creating very misleading results.

For instance, PT3 currently calculates the following example as EV- for Hero, when it really should be very EV+ (minor expected loss on Main Pot of 10BB EV- more than offset by major expected win on side pot of 90BB EV+ against QQ):
Hero (100BB): KK
Villain 1 (10BB): AA
Villain 2 (100BB): QQ

Once this gets fixed/upgraded, it will be very useful. Until then, don't put any faith in the PT3 EV....

Does anyone know if HEM calculates side pot EV's correctly?
