is it normal to have it lose a huge chuck of your profit (* 30% of profit gone thru "1 pair hands"
does this mean all onepair hands have a -EV so they shouldn't be played ?
I'm probably wrong in thinking this, but can someone explain to me why it happens? thanks

this includes hands you folded..
check the little box that says "show only hands that were not folded"
That will look a little better

Also if you have AK (or any other unpaired two cards) and the final board is 22689, PT counts that as a one pair hand, (and AA with that same final board would be counted as two-pair).

If your paired card is lower than any card in the community - you stand a good chance to lose. I think the odds roughly are 2 - 10; 4:1 : 10 - K; 3:1: AA; 2:1 preflop (yes, I know AA is the best hand. But just until the flop, turn, river). Your KK is 4:1 dog if there is an A on the flop, etc.
These odds are according to Texas Calculatum odds software.
The key to success is know your players, watch the betting and position, pot odds, etc. Knowing full well you are only guarenteed to lose in most situations unless you have the nuts! Most of the time getting the nuts takes some balls.

These stats are funny because
hole: AK
board: 2 2 5 J Q
and
hole: AK
board: A 5 7 J Q
are both "One pair" hands and
hole: AK
board 2 2 7 J A
is a two pair hand.
