Hi there,
I've downloaded the trial version of Poker Office and have had it running when I've played my last few tournaments. However, for some reason the package is not recording any details of the hands that are being played.
The "live" window is updating each time I receive my cards and gives me the correct pot odds etc (although it seems to get lost when I change tables), but the database is not recording any hands for me to analyse at the end of the game.
Before I start registering for the Poker Office forum, does anyone have any clues about why this might be?
Cheers,

Well, the obvious one (sorry if this is level zero).
Look on the left hand side, there are two tabs. "Ring Games" and "Tournaments"
I had a problem with my Pokerstars ring games not being displayed for some reason, so I just started a new database and imported the HH.

Thanks swiggidy - level 0 is as good a place to start as any!
Just to make sure I'm doing things right, how did you go about starting a new DB and importing the HH?
Cheers,

To begin with, where do you play? Some (most) sites doesn't have all the necessary information written out in the HH so you have to manually import the tournament HH. Have you played at any other sites than the one you're having problems with?

I'm probably missing the obvious but the trial version can only hold up to 300 hands right?

I'm playing at PokerRoom - I don't think that should cause a problem though should it? I believe the software supports it.

I'll take your word for it jackvance - to be honest I'd be happy with 300 at the moment

Have you tried to manually import the HH's?

Yeah, I think it's 200 or 300 hands.
