Hey all,

First off, this site rules i think i've learnt quite a lot just from reading this site thanks :P

My problem is with PokerTracker. It isn't properly recording my sessions, for some reason i think it's leaving out hands.
In the Ring Statistics when i open it, it shows less hands played than on PokerGrapher. But it's more than that, in the summary section, and all other sections for that matter, it has the correct amount of hands and $ won.

Is this a common problem, or is it just me?
It's frustrating because trying to find leaks with missing HHs is hard =/ lol

If poker grapher has the right amount of hands then PT has them too. Poker grapher uses the PT database. This could be several things, usually just a setting. Make sure you have "my stats" selected at the top left. Make sure under the generals column you have "turn filters off" selected. And lastly, make sure in the preferences you have the right date selected month/day/year and have no filters selected by site or stakes unless you want them.

All of the things you mentioned are ok.

Preferences says all dates, it's on my stats, and no filters are on... But it's the same problem, showing less hands played than i have!

Anyone else had this problem? =/

It is likely because you only have certain levels marked in your preferences and you've played at multiple blind levels.

I have noticed my PT leaving out a few hands every once in awhile lately. I'm computer dumb though so there may be a chance it's my fault and not PT's.

If the pokergrapher is showing all the hands, then the problem is in your settings. Pokergrapher uses the PT database to get its information. The hands are there. Do you play on multiple sites. Have you clicked a box in preferences for levels or sites? are you sure the hands are not there. Tell us exactly whet is missing and where the difference is.
