Post subject: PRF raise with suited cards. How to continue?

How do you play in these situations? Both general advice or specific examples would be welcome.
 You hold suited connectors or AXs and raised PRF to get one or more callers.
Flop brings only one of your suit and nothing else to help you.
 How much to bet to represent on the flop here?
You bet to represent but still get at least one caller.
Then the turn brings another of your suit to give you a flush draw before the river card.
Now what? Semi bluff or check? If you bet, how much?

I usually dont raise preflop with suited connectors or AXs. If I'm feeling lucky I'll limp in with it, or usually just fold. If you raise preflop and get it down to 2 players and you got the nuts, you're not going to make alot of money. Now you got the nut flush, you limped in and 5 other people are in the hand, you're gonna make some nice money if you play it right.
If I limped in looking for a flush and I only hit one of my cards on the flop check/fold is the only option. Don't throw you're money away on a 2 card draw. Sure you may be able to bully your way to win the pot, but if you keep playing like that, a good player will catch you.
Representing bets usually are 4x-8xBB depending on the other players at the table. But again, I wouldn't be throwing money out there with a 2 card draw. Also, you keep making these bets and someone calls you to the river and the table finds out you can't stay away from a draw, you're in trouble.
If I got to the turn by checking, and now I need one last card for flush, I check if I'm UTG. If I'm in position I Bet at least 8xBB, hopefully it won't go to the river. If someone bets in front of me, whether or not I call is based on my read of the player. Because at this point his pocket dueces are kicking your arse.

ok...same questions and you hold AKs or AQs. You bet preflop, no help in flop, you represent, get called and the turn gives you a flush draw before the river.
Do you just give it up and try to check it out?

If i have AKs or AQs and i'm out of position i usually will play it agressively pre flop and post flop if i feel that i know my opponent well enough. If the flop comes rags with only 1 of your suit, and you bet half the pot and get called and pick up a 4th of your suit on the turn? You have a pretty well disguised hand for a semi bluff. What would your opponent smooth call your flop bet with? If he has a decent hand you're definitely going to get paid off if you make your hand on the river.

Suited connectors work better in multiway pots. Don’t raise to drive off people. You want them in.
If it’s Ax then just limp in and drop it if you don’t hit and no 4 flush is on board.
If I semi bluffed on the flop then I *usually* continue with the turn. Accelerate like you are value betting. At that point they will drop it unless they have something. Fold it to any raise here or any bet on the river(assuming you didn’t hit). That’s my style anyway, there are other ways to play it.

It's my style too, but at $25NL it just doesn't work often enough. Sigh.
