!Luck is on a distinguished road
Villain is 38/13/9 over 24 hands

Giving the low number of hands I cannot be sure what his range is. But I can safely include qq+, maybe even jj, aq and ak. Thus I should 4 bet and possible fold to a shove.

So my fold is bad to since Even against JJ+,AQs,AQo, I am only a 45% dog and getting 3:1 to call.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (9 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

MP3 ($2.65)
CO ($10.10)
Hero (Button) ($16.30)
SB ($3.10)
BB ($10)
UTG ($2)
UTG+1 ($18.95)
MP1 ($10.25)
MP2 ($13.90)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K, A
1 fold, UTG+1 calls $0.10, 4 folds, Hero bets $0.50, 2 folds, UTG+1 raises to $3, Hero calls $2.50

Flop: ($6.15) 2, 7, 8 (2 players)
UTG+1 bets $3, Hero folds

Total pot: $6.15 | Rake: $0.30

Though limp 3 bet is a huge sign of strength so maybe he only has kk+

given the amount of the raise in comparison to the table blinds i'd either shove or fold...

stack sizes don't really matter to me much to be honest because i play the same wether i have 500BB or 100BB...

i'd be way too uncomfortable shoving that much money on ace high without an astounding read and given the sample of only 24 hands we can't really get a solid read since villian is also deeply stacked...

preflop fold is a better play IMO...

You are deeper than usual so I don't hate flat calling preflop as opposed to 4-betting, that way you can use your positional advantage to make better decisions, although I think folding is also fine given his huge 3-bet and the fact that this is usually QQ+.

If the range you gave him is truly JJ+ AQ+, how can you plan on 4-bet/folding? Do you really think that he's not going to shove JJ or AQ on you after he plays his hand like this after you 4-bet? That is massive spew with this hand in this situation. Even against QQ+ AKs has ~35 equity.

The thing is until you have reason to suspect that hands he plays this way aren't super strong (ie develop reads) you need to give him credit.

As played fold flop for this reason.

I probably laugh and fold pre, unless we have some history of isolating or him being a total spaz pre.

As said before flatting can be okay when 3bet with AK if you are inposition. IN this case however, due to the size of the raise I think folding is better. if it was like a raise to 2.00 I'd flat and play postflop deepstack. As played, fold flop you're being crushed.
