Is it possible to effectively multitable with overlap (not just the chatbox but the actual table)?

I think so - it didn't have any problems doing it on my old monitor and have noticed no appreciable improvement in my results nowadays. If the overlap were so bad that a single table take up the majority of the screen then ys, I can see it being a nuisance.

i sometimes get lost in action when i have like 3 hands playing at the same time. Maybe a problem i wouldnt have sans overlap, but i manage.

play on stars and stack them on top of each other. tables won't pop up til you've acted on the current table. you can play like 8-10 just fine doing this.

just don't have the buttons overlap. Nothing worse than going and hitting a pre play fold button and folding a made hand when the other table pops up. Stagger them enough so you can see your hands pre flop, it gives you a little more time to think about the hand.

Oh yes there is... hitting the call button accidentally when someone just went all-in. I did it once and learned my lesson. Did wonders for my table image though...
