I am bleeding approx. 1.5BB/100 over my last 9K of $1/2 limit hands. After yet another losing session, I went into PT and took a look at the stats by position. Here's what they have:

Bu +72.73
1 +122.75
2 +167.48
3 +139.77
4 +58.42
5 +11.10
6 +6.70
7 +14.65
BB -559.45 (+399.05 Diff w/o Blind)
SB -259.25 (+159.75 Diff w/o Blind)

Is this even remotely normal? Any suggestions on immediate steps I can take or other stats I should look at to identify how I can reduce this? Or is this just a red herring and I should be looking at ways to increase the + side of the other positions to make up for an expected bleed in the blinds.

I feel like I play pretty tight in the blinds, and fold out of BB & SB to PF raises a lot. The only hands I'll play out of SB against a PF raise (even from the Bu are AA-TT, AKs-AJs, KQs and AK. Most of the time I don't have this and end up folding. From the BB I'll play the above plus any Pocket Pair, Axs,KQs-K9s, QJs-Q9s, JTs-J9s and 87s-54s against a raise.

Also find a lot of times where call the PFR in the BB with on of the above, totally miss the flop, get bet into and then fold.

Any insight on this would be great, as IMHO I might be able to squeeze my 1.5BB loss out just by getting better in these two positions.

Raise more often in position. Learn to 3-bet loose raisers with more hands.

Blinds aren't your problem, you're not making enough money in the big money positions.

Sorry if I'm dense...

PF from LP I'll RR AA-TT, AKs and AK and cold call with AQs-AJs and KQs. Is this too tight against a looser raiser?

On the flop I'll usually Bet, Raise or RR with TPTK or better. I check or fold two Overcards unless there's a draw. I'll CF 2nd or 3rd pair. Is this also too tight against a looser raiser?

My most common situation is to end up with only two overs on the flop and no draw -- resulting in a check/fold as per WLLH.

So maybe just too tight in general in the late positions? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thx!

I don't play limit, but my assumption is this is much much too tight.

You are getting killed in the blinds. Hard to tell just how much. You need to post the per hand rate, not the overall rate. Post that in the small stakes limit holdem forum and also do a forum search there because blind play has been discussed quite a bit. Since you are playing tight, you are probably playing too tight.

Post the whole table with position stats. That will give people more of an idea what may be going on.
