View Poll Results: Would you lay this down?
The odds of my opponent having the JT of hearts is so slim, I'd put my house in if I could. 20 52.63%
I'm a little nervous about the JT of hearts, but not so much that I am likely to lay this hand down. 18 47.37%
I really worried about that JT of hearts; I wasn't looking for a SF on this hand, so I will definitely lay this down. 0 0%
I'm the type of player who plays his gut, so I may or may not lay this down...it all depends on how I feel. 0 0%

Bet the flop!

Easy all-in, but I wouldn't put my life savings on anything short of the stone cold nuts...

um...what are you scared of?

JhTh? If you get over-straight-flushed hey that's a story for the grandkids.

Most likely JhTh would've bet that flop on account of the A, K, and Q being unaccounted for and drawing to a better flush than the made one.

Hehe... Didn't see the poll. Agree with Fnord, though. When people are betting houses, you should probably have the nuts.

I suck at poker so I probably wouldn't even think to hard about JTh. I'd figure that I was up against Ah and call the all-in.

The A can be confident in his hand becuase it would take rare holdings to beat his hand. You happen to have those rare holdings. I'd call.

:Jh: :Th: would be incredibly slim pickens here. I'd say one in 100 hands?

Anyways, I'm never gonna lay down a straight flush .

I'm guessing from the fact that you have this poll that the guy actually had 10 J of hearts. However, you have to bet the farm on this hand.

Can't lay this down. If you're playing for houses, you should see Rilla's bankroll post.

I don't think it's a hard laydown if you are not pot commited. he can only do this with 2 cards, A of hearts or T of hearts. so it's not a "no brainer call"

If you even consider laying this hand down, please make an appointment to play some high stakes poker with me. I have kids to feed.

T gives him nothing but a T high flush.

He would need T 6 to have the T high straight flush which I what you probably thought the T would give him.

Well, I'm not betting my house. But luckily, that's not an issue. I'm betting every chip I have at the table.
I don't know what they have to say
It makes no difference anyway.
Whatever it is...
I'm against it.
