Hey, in the last couple of days I've gotten QQ 6 times. Once I picked up the blinds with a typical NL10 5bb raise, the other five times I've been reraised OR I did the reraising, and each time I've faced AA/KK/AK. Now while I'm sure this is just short term variance, it's frustrating. It seems that as soon as they reraise a 3rd time, they've got AA/KK/AK. I'm curious what the correct play with queens is at a typical loose weak NL10 table.

Normally, in any position, I'll raise to 5-6bb. If I'm in the SB, I'll raise more (7-8) if there's a shitload of limpers. I think this is the correct play. If the flop comes A/K high and I've got pos., I'll cbet, otherwise I check/fold if it's against more than 2 players.

What do you do facing a 2x or 3x reraise to your raise PF? And do you reraise someone's first raise PF with QQ, if so, how much? Is it all read dependent or is there standard play that makes sense EV wise?

Is QQ push-able PF?

when re-raised i usually just call. if the player is really bad and loose i may re-raise. if they are super tight only then will i think of folding if their rr is really big. if an overcard comes on the flop i lean heavily towards not doing the betting no matter how many opponents there are. i don't normally go broke if i'm up against AA/KK. i try not to get all my money in w/o a very good reason to believe i'm ahead and with QQ on most flops vs. a PF 3-bettor i don't have that reason. yes, QQ is pushable sometimes PF.

Don't get QQ all in preflop unless you have specific reason to believe your opponent doesn't have AA or KK. For example in past play he has been seen pushing with even lower pocket pairs or hands like A10+

I guess I overplayed them. There were about 2 or 3 instances then where I wouldn't have lost half a buyin with them, or more, if I knew that.

Thanks guys.
