lol

a) I wouldnt post this on a forum
b) Just cash out
c) go on another site or just keep the ruse going

I suppose you could try emailing stars, not sure what their reaction would be, you don't want that money to get seized.

The important thing is to make sure you are on a legally sound footing as quickly as possible.

My suggestion would be in order:
1) In the unlikely event you think your posts here make it look as if you are doing something against the rules of a poker site, make sure to edit it to clear up any such misunderstandings.
2) Withdraw all from PokerStars. Don't do anything else until you have the money in your hand.
3) Approach PS. Discuss how your brother was looking into poker and that you for reasons of access / availability of funds / you owing him money / whatever you let him set up to pull the initial deposit money from your bank account.
4) Having seen how much fun your brother has had, making it to 18 yourself and with your brother recently losing interest you are looking to make an account for yourself and you want to ensure that your brothers PS account being linked to your bank account is not going to be a problem. Convey this concern to PS support and be guided by their suggestions on how to create an account for yourself.

That done, if I read my ads right PS now has a $600 first deposit bonus, so I'd say go with PartyPoker to $600 and then change back to PS for the full sign up bonus. This should give the account discussion time to run its natural course.

Just make a moneybookers account or neteller to remove your money since your not US and forget about Stars. You have no need to play there and there are better bonus and point systems available to you. Move on. and don't do anything at any site (Register, click on links, download software) without setting up a rakeback account here

Ok so I think everything is gonna be fine. I cashed out into my brothers bank account and it finished processing so hopefully I will have that I a couple of days. In the mean time I'm making a new email just for poker and a moneybrookers account for moving my BR around. I'm just gonna play on party till i clear there 100% deposit bonus up to $500 with my $280 then jump back onto stars thanks a lot for the help

Why didn't you make your own account with legitimately information and transfer the money to that new account and then the original one becomes your brothers?

You can still do that. Opening an account on PokerStars and having a player send you money via a transfer does NOT count as your first deposit. The only minor hiccup is that I think you have to play with the money for a while before you can cash it out.

I think there are only a small handful of bonuses out there that are legitimately clearable at 10NL, unless you play 50K hands a month or something sick like that.

Best micro bonus available, and clearable at 10NL, is Poker Source's Instant Bankroll bonus on Party. Its worth $150 and I cleared it in just a couple thousand hands at 10NL - you don't get better value than that.
