    Default Poker on YouTube

To help me avoid work, I figured it would be a good idea to share decent poker videos that we've watched on YouTube.

Instructional videos are good, as are televised high stakes games, interesting hands that we can discuss, or just any link where we can take the piss out of the players (Hellmuth should feature heavily here).

Here's a good SNG instructional video I watched today:

This is an excellent video. Many stars and internet points awarded.

The fact that all the players are there for commentary is excellent. Couldn't be better. You get to actually hear the players' thoughts about what they are doing and why as the hands unfold.

That last hand was a nail-biter. Good entertainment and insight for any aspiring poker players.

I think you'd have to pay for that.

Here's some useful videos for beginners and intermediates looking for some refresher training:

I've also been enjoying watching old clips of the NBC heads up championship from 2013 this week:

Dwan was epic back in the glory days of TV poker. Right ability at the right time to make great TV.

Doug Polk's channel is fun and informative.

I recommend the vids from his 10k WCOOP 2nd place recently, including his day 2 prep:

His breakdown of classic High Stakes hands is also good. I like that he talks through range and which combos would be best to take a certain line with:

Just subbed PokerBank and Doug Polk. Thanks for both!

I remember back in the day Turtleknife was at the least entertaining sometimes. He pushed Tournament Indicator fairly hard as I remember. Looks like he's ancient history now though.

Jason Somerville used to post some fun vids too, but seems he's largely away from YouTube now? Gripsed is another name I've heard floated around, but I haven't watched much of it.

I guess Twitch is a big deal now?
