I've finally gritted my teeth and bought PT.
I've been collecting a lot of hand histories from Paradise over a year or so and to be quite honest, converting every one of them to a text file is not something I want to do, but when I click the "Check E-mail" button, the damn thing assumes I've got Outlook Express and, of course, it doesn't find anything.
Anyone know a way out of this? Am I stating my problem clearly enough?
Thank you.

I don't know what you use, but Poker Tracker can't do a web-based e-mail.

I don't know what they have to say
It makes no difference anyway.
Whatever it is...
I'm against it.

I realise that. I can read. I am impatient but I can read.
I use my POP3 account and have hands in my inbox -- and now on a folder on my desktop.
I tried "download files from" and at first I thought I had a success. It started scanning the hands but after about 20 minutes or so the program stops responding. Tried it twice same result.
Is there a limit to the amount of hands that it can deal with at one go?

Oh, I should say that my mail program is Netscape.

I'd suggest the PT support forum. I bet they know PT better than any of us do...and are under some financial obligation to help you.

OK, I'll try, just thought it'd be quicker here. But, I think I may have found the problem. There was a non-poker hand mail hiding in that inbox.
Thank you!
