Tactics and planning. Mapping out how the hand could go and thinking in advance how you would deal with the next card/bet.

emotional control.
you left out starting cards selection and knowing the typical starting cards for players at your table.
position
knowing strategically how to play the particular game you are in (sng vs limit vs mtt vs nl)
your belief system (this is all the little things you "know" are true about poker and base you automatic reactions on)
site and table selection
managing your play so you don't piss off your wife
physical management (not tired, drinking, distracted)
And the #1 most important skill in poker.................. drumroll please................................... and this literally is the most important skill................................... i'm not kidding .................................. here it comes ...................... can you hear the drumroll................
FOLDING.


I also like the point about mapping out your plan for a hand.

But luckily you can just find players who suck worse than you and still win money with incomplete skills.
