I've just downloaded the trial version of Poker Office, but am having trouble configuring it to work with Paradise Poker.

Could somebody let me know what network Paradise Poker is on? At the moment I have it set up as a MultiPoker site, but I don't seem to be recording any hands.

Thanks for your help ...

As far as I know it doesn't work with paradise, and I think they stand alone, and are not on a network. I know for me I'm at ultimatebet and it doesn't work there either. And I prefer Poker Office. Damn!!

I thought it was supposed to work with all the major poker sites. That's a real shame if it doesn't, because it looked to arguably be the best piece of software out there ...

Seems like more and more people prefer Poker Office these days and I agree that it's a great software.

Poker Office has been adding support for new rooms all the time but so far these are the sites that Poker Office 2 supports;

Party Poker
Empire Poker
MultiPoker
Intertops Poker
PokerNow
PokerStars
Prima Network (about 40+ rooms, see www.primapoker.com)
Ladbrokes
iPoker network (about 10+ rooms see www.ipoker.com) (BETA)
Pacific Poker
Pokerroom.com Network (about 10+ rooms see www.ongame.com)

I thought Poker Office 2 was just a new and improved version of Poker Office.

Is that not the case then??

Sorry had something else on my mind. Ultimate bet is what I meant. I edited the original post.

Even PokerRoom doesn't seem to work ... despite downloading the windows client and choosing "PokerRoom network" from the Live Client network.

Any suggestions?

Try to go to Options/Preferences/Chat and then check everything, that should do it.
