Pre flop is fine obviously I think the flop raise has to be bigger then 100 more like 3/4 pot when he smooth calls your raise it highly likely he has a king there might even have a flush draw sometimes. The river mini reraise is usually made hand looking to extract chips.

Actually he bet the flop, he couldn't raise because villain didn't bet.

I bet 4X bb pre-flop. Should I have gone AI? Kinda early in the game for that, right?
After the flop he had 3Ks -J kicker. If I had pushed, he still would have probably called.
Maybe this is one I can't win without another Q.

Go allin when?
And your thinking about "If I had pushed, he still would have probably called" is flawed. You obviously didn't know what hand he had on the flop, therefore you have to make a play that is best for all his possible hands (aka his range of hands).

Your raise preflop is fine. Continuation betting the flop is okay and checking behind on the turn is okay too. After he reraises you on the river, what do you think he has?
