I just finished the 1000 hands on my trial of Pokertracker. I don't have any other prog's and I'm trying to learn more about the stats. I understand 1000 hands is tiny but to help me learn to use this (i will be purchasing PT and PA shortly) could you give me the short version of what my stats would tell you about me. So assume you have me over the 1000 hands here.
VPIP - 20.19
PF raise - 7.19
AFtot - 1.07
My understanding so far VPIP - I'm choosing to put money in the pot thru raise or call with 20% of my hands. PF raise - I'm raising with 7% of those. Seems to my like I'm limping a fair bit? I'm not clear on the Aggression factor. How does that get determined.
Edit - I should add I'm playing 10NL FR on PP. My intention with my game right now is to play pretty much ABC poker at my limits. My understanding of these stats is I'm Fairly tight and passive. Is that about right? I'm looking to be more aggressive is my goals when I get the full version of PT up and running.

Too loose and not aggressive enough I would say.

1k hands doesn't really measure much at all though.

Aggression factors are calculated:
(# bets + # raises + # reraises ) / # calls
No offense, but when I see an opp w/ HUD stats like yours, I'm attacking relentlessly from position. You're not classic loose passive (40/5/1), but you're edging that direction, especially for FR. I often play FR as TAGG as 10/8/5.
My rule of thumb is that AF or 1 or less means opp is weak-tight postflop. Maybe a station. And AF or 3.5 or more means opp is overplaying his cards. I'm looking for decent value to raise or rr postflop.
A word of advice - don't splash cash now on PT2. PT3 is coming out in the next couple of weeks. Also, look at position stats. A quick newbie rule of thumb there is to play about twice as many hands from the button as from UTG. I play the first 4 positions in FR pretty tight (like 8/7), and open up more in LP.

Getting PT2 now is fine. According to PT Pat you will get a full rebate on PT3 if you purchase PT2 now. If your not sure, just email him. He's well aware that many are awaiting his new release, and that others are making new tracking softwares adn Huds as well. He isn't trying to lose any revenue streams by screwing you over PT2 now.

Def not taking offense. I'm putting it out there for the means of A) learning more about the stats themselves and B) trying to change my developing style.
I'm not going to worry too much till I have a bigger sample size but my goal is to start playing a more TAG style. And trying to figure out what that is on the poker table... 
BTW - my pos stats are only differing from 20 on button down to 16 for UTG so I'm seeing (for the first time) that I'm not as positionally aware as I'd like to think. It's that newbie thing where you learn a bit, learn a bit more and continuously think SHIT, have I ever got a lot to learn/read/think about....
