I moved to Absolute poker and currently playing SnG and 50cent NL. Here are my stats for the first 1250 hands.
Hands won 16%
Showdown's Won 48%
Flop seen 29%

When i See the flop
Fold 36%
Bet 11%
Check 22%
Raise 4%
Re-Raise 2.5%

I fold
Pre Flop 64%
Flop 14%
Turn 7%
River 4%
No fold 12%

So please let me know what u all think. These stats come from AP's stat program. Also thx for all u that commented on my earlier post. appreciate the concern and the suggestions. thx again

clumping all your hands together wont really give you an accurate idea of your play and how to fix any leaks you may have in the different styles (SNG and ring) because they are two different games.

However on a general basis:
Your % of flops seen is probably a bit high for a newer player.

1250 hands is a really small sample to really make any glaring conclusions from. Probably the best thing you can do to help yourself is to request hand histories (is absolute does this?). and post specific hands to get feedback on. Then build a sample size of 10k hands. This will give you a good perception of how you are playing.

TLR is an unknown quantity at this point
1250 is a very small sample

Personally in SnG the % of flops seen varies dramaticlly during the game, so the total number is misleading.
I usually play less then 20% of the flops in the early stages and more then 20% and even more then 30% in later stages
