this should be in the bad beats forum. and guess what? nobody cares. im not sure exactly what happened preflop but unless you were trying to steal the blinds why did you raise with q10?

Consider, if you played pokery really terribly and never won a hand, tourney or whatever wouldn't you quit a lot sooner and dump less money into the poker economy? Why do you think Stud Hi/Lo no qualifier (or even worse with a declare) died off? Why can't you find a good online 5 card draw game above 2/4? Why is there lots of very serious concern for the long-term life of cash NLHE?

How big was his stack compared to yours?
How big was your stack compared to the pot?

If it wasn't a huge raise compared to the pot size, then I would think about calling... you're leaving out some huge details.

You know you played it right. If you are going to "get disgusted and leave" everytime someone sucks out on you then i will give you some great advice. QUIT POKER TODAY. seriously I mean it. You are only going to stay in games where people are much better than you and you are going to get killed in them.
The people who suck out on you are by definition the people putting money in with worse hands than you. The alternative is playing against people who fold all the time with the second nuts because they see your "nut holding" tell . . . the one where your left eye starts twitching crazily, and they value bet your ass off when you hold QQ and they have AA. They will never suck out on you, hell you will probably even suck out on them sometimes but they wont cry and they wont leave. They will stay in the game with you and take all of the money you own but at least you'll be happy because they only play good cards

Seriously, bad beats happen. Get over it.
gabe: Ive dropped almost 100k in the past 35 days.

You did fine up untill the getting pissed off part. Replay this hand 1000 times and you'd be a rich man.

Either learn to deal with this 10 hands in a row costing you a couple of hundred dollars without so much as blinking or give up poker now and save yourself the heartache. Those are your options.

Anyone who aspires to being a good poker player needs to learn how to lose hands without letting it get to them. You are going to lose most of the hands you play, so you need to learn to deal with it ... both to play better poker and enjoy playing it more. When I see someone make 3 or 4 horrible calls/raises to get the miracle card on the river to beat me, it doesn't upset me in the least. Sure, I'm disappointed I lost the hand, but I knew it was a possibility because I didn't have the nuts. I've learned to smile, say nice hand, and move on. Inside, I'm thinking 'I own this guy and in the long run all his chips will be stacked in front of me.' Getting sucked out on a lot is a good thing because it means you are playing inferior players who will pay you off even more often. If everyone at the table was as good as you, you could never win in the long run. There's only one right way to deal with 'morons': Be nice to them and welcome them at your table.
