Now i am a little new to this, however 5 hands left at last to tables I am in big blind with A/K suited , how should I play this hand when it is time for me 2 bet preflop ??????

You should describe your situation more clearly. Give blind levels, chip stacks for all relevant players, any reads you have on opponents, and the action up until it is your go (since you are the BB you should have a lot of info by the time it gets to you). Without a lot more information, there is no way to say what the correct action is.

Also, the community is not where you should be posting strategy or hand history questions. For this hand, it sounds like you were playing an MTT, right? If so, here is the MTT forum:
