Im sure we have had a thread on this before, but i cant find it and ive seen a few posts in other forums about so here goes.
What do other people use as notes for other players?
Mine go like this.
Is he positional?
Does he play correct starting hands (also in a raised pot)
Generally LAGG or TAGG
C-bets?
chaser? (passive or semi bluffer)
knows where the fold button is? (eg i call his prflop raise with 89, he misses then c-bets and i pump in a big reraise, can he fold here?)
Likely to tilt if i outplay him?
bets scare cards?
preflop trapper?
Any other unusual traits ive seen, eg cold calling from the bb with AA and trapping opp for a stack
These are points that are important considerations to me when i play against opps simply because of the way i style my game.
What do otehrs use, but more importantly why?

I think there should be a sticky with everyone contributing to this. It's a very important topic that has come up and died in the pile several times. I have not perfected my note taking yet, and I'm curious as well to see what others do.

It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

Excellent topic Miffed!
I like your list.
I could definitely stand to improve my note-taking, as I tend to just note the few showdowns on a player that I get to see...things like:
LAG, TAG, or fish, calling station
I note hands raised and position raised for a few showdowns
I also note hands called and position for a few showdowns
These hands help derive the label - does he call down pot sized continuation bets with middle pair? Does he call down big bets to the river with a lower kicker? etc.
I defintely note continuation betting patterns (and whether or not he seems to ALWAYS c-bluff)
I note chasers and how much they are willing to pay to chase, and how they bet their draws (min bet, pot bet, standard bet, etc.) - plus whether or not they reraise with draws and how much
And of course as you mentioned, the important 'will they fold to a respectable reraise after they c-bluff?'
If I see them limp-reraise AA/KK I will note it
6-handed it can be important to note how they defend their blinds and limped EP/MP hands as well - do they fold marginal holdings preflop to a standard raise or do they call with an EP KQo/AJo etc.
The toughest issue I have to deal with is that UB does not allow much room for note-taking - so it'd be much nicer to come up with standard labels for certain behaviors besides TAG/LAG/fish etc. Almost need some shorthand standard anagrams for these things.
Maybe that can be a contribution from this thread.

DaHorror summed it up nicely....
My various notes may look like this...
calling station
min-bets draws
min-bets monsters
slowplayer
usually bets if checked to
bluffaholic
reraises with less than premium
tricky
reraises strong drawing hands
cant fold large overpairs
will fold to large overbets
will bet middle and bottom pair
chaser (called 3/4 pot on gutshot)
plays any ace from any pos.
solid standard play
prone to tilt
LAGG, TAGG, FISH
all-in bluffer
value bets nuts
overplays mid pairs
loves suited cards

My most important one is if people c-bet or not. I make so much raising people off their c-bets.
Other then that I dont really use notes because where I play thee is no note taking facility.

My notes usually consist of :
How many hands they play PF, limping and w/ raises infront or behind them, how agg they are on raggy flops, what they minraise/minbet, how they act when folded to on button/sb, how they act when sb makes a move on them in bb, etc etc.
And the classic "retard?"
