I play $1/$2NL 3-4 times a week in a casino, but I normally cash out once I double my $300 buy-in. Because I've read so much about "playing the rush", I decided to continue playing today. What a blast! I ended up cashing out $2000 after 9 hours. Every big hand I was in I won. I pushed around the little stacks. Most importantly, I just caught cards. It was a great feeling. I almost felt like I could sense the cards coming. It was unbelieveable. I'm sure I'll be back to earth tomorrow, but for today I played the rush and loved every minute of it.

Hopefully I get one of those rushes sometime soon, I've been doing pretty badly lately.

Thanks guys. It's nice to be aboard. I've already learned a lot here in just a couple of days. Future posts like this will go in Tales. As for bragging, I simply feel like I got my due for last week when I lost $1200 in 2 days -- pretty much on 3 hands -- 1 where I was the 80% favorite, 1 where I was 90%, and 1 where I was 92% favorite. Out drawn in each (and in each I actually wanted callers from the turn to the river).

Being on a rush is the best feeling ever, I agree that you can actually feel the cards coming, its IMO the most amazin feeling you can experience, that is without counting winning a big MTT etc
