Would it be correct to play a few more hands than usual (not terrible hands though) against people who are loose passive since you are getting better pot odds with all the callers? What about against tight players?

Yes, play more hands against loose players.

Against tight players, raise more often, because they are playing tight o_0

I think they key word here is passive rather than loose,
Against a loose agressive players things can become a bit to expensive.
