Villain is unknown. My problem with this hand is the range he's representing on the river is so small. It's KJ, KT and maybe JT.

He's wants to get lots of money on the river, but if he had a hand as strong as he's representing all along and thinks I'm able to call, he would just half pot the turn instead of checking and over betting the river. Can anyone justify a call here? It's obviously high variance, but could it be +ev in the long run?

I discount pocket pairs because the bet size, he's losing value from me looking him up with K high and smaller pp's. Discount JJ-AA and Ax, Qx, because of the above reason, he should bet turn instead of overbetting river if he thinks I'm calling.

lolol fold.

Also thinking like "villain cant have these because it wouldnt be as +ev as doing this" is extremly bad thinking. Cuz i can say "well, if villain was just bluffing you, he would have bet smaller cuz a weaker bet accomplishes about the same thing while risking less". So now he cant be bluffing or value betting so head asplode.
