you could always c/c the river if you think he missed his draw. As played I see no problems with the flop and turn.

these are the 2 pair you should like. and play fast...like you did.

its when the board pairs that you should worry...you may have been counterfeited. coordinated boards suck for 2 pair.

when you flop K J 4 and have the KJ, you play it hard. when you see the A hit or the Q, you must start to realize that the straight...or draw...may be out, and you may need to change gears.

3 straights are one thing...you may probe them with a strong bet, but 4 straights SUCK.

hard to lay down 2 pair, but they do get sucked out on a lot.

remember when you have the TP, and some loosey fights you for the pot...it could be two pair. if your read is good...remember you still have 11 outs (like a set-to-boat) to nail top two or your set. but that read is next to impossible to make accurately, imo.

i laugh when playing live and the board comes Q T 4 and some idiot-savant at the table says, "i had you on two pair there." i think to myself, "if you could accurately put me on two pair, you'd be playing much higher levels, you idiot."

sets are hard enough to spot, but to pin two pair specifically on a hand...is even tougher.
LHE is a game where your skill keeps you breakeven until you hit your rush of random BS.

Nothing beats flopping quads while dropping a duece!

God, 0.02$ is so painful to watch:P

You're miles ahead on the flop. SB check call usually means he's drawing. MP2 might have bottom pair or medium pair with K or Q kicker...If he does that sucks for you. If he has 56 it sucks even more. I can't imagine you'd ever get good enough reads at this level to lay down though, so as played.

Ok I'm an idiot, MP2 villian has .11 left on the river, put it in, I don't see why he'd fold now.

just realized the HH is a little messed up. On the turn, MP2 raised all-in ($0.11 more for me to call). I called. He had K7, better two pairs.

i don't post much on here.....and i don't wanna be rude, but why play at this level?
You won't learn anything at all. people will just call you down what ever they/you have, as it costs nothing.

put £50 on a site, get the bonus and go play on the $.15/.25. play ABC poker -don't bluff and you'll build up BR in no time and then you can start to learn to play proper poker.
I'd rather hang myself than play at those stakes.
honestly just move up!!!!!!!

I'm not sure if you mean $50 or £50 here but either way that is too small of a bankroll to be playing 25NL.

Nah, I think these stakes are fine. Theres a reason we price people out, if they call against the odds, you're doing well.

I'd love to move to 10NL but I am currently not near rolled for it. Actually I would be if I didnt leave most of it on neteller . Anyway I got my poker money from an affiliate and kind of want to see how far I can take it without depositing. I am definitively learning discipline and patience!!!!
