In my best nervous poster voice: Hi, my name is ryno. Long time listener, first time poster.
It's been a bit since I visited the sight but I seem to remember there being a little more discussion on the leveraging of online bonuses a few months back. I think that there was once mention of being able to put $500 into PartyPoker or EmpirePoker, collecting the 20% bonus and withdrawing the initial deposit. Any one know if that can still be done? Any requirements for or restrictions on (e.g., raked hands, time period before cashing out, amount of money that can be immediately withdrawn, etc.)? Basically, I can afford to part w/ a few hundred dollars for a couple of days but I'd like to be able to get it back if the need arises. Thanks.

Most sites you have to play a certain number of "raked hands" to receive the bonus. I believe party is 5x.. meaing for every $1 you have to play 5 RAKED hands.
Bonus whoring is a great way to help pad/supliment your BR early on.

every single site is by a raked hand basis. meaning you can deposit 500, withdraw 400, and play off the 100 to clear the bonus. pacific is the exception. they give you the bonus right away, but you can't cash it out until you clear the requirements (which is one of the longest in the industry)...you can cashout all money above the bonus tho.

Thanks guys, sounds good. Mom'll be so proud I'm putting my Christmas $$ to good use. I guess my next step is to find a hot chick for my avatar. Maybe I'll pull up some Elin Grindemyr.

Party's last Bonus (Nov) was 7x in 7 days...... Deposit $500, $100 Bonus, Play 700 raked hands in 7 days to release the bonus.
