What means that numbers like:14/12 or 10/3 or 9/7/3 etc.
I think that is something from PokerTracker but I don't use PT.
Does anybody can give me short explanation of these numbers.
Then I will be able to better understand posted hands.
Thank you.

First number VPIP - voluntarily put money in pot - the number of hands you're playing as a percentage.
Second number is how many hands raised pre flop, again a percantage.
Third number, I've not been able to determine that myself. It's something to do with aggression, but the link above does not explain further.

That's how winners play; we convince the other guy he's making all the right moves.

Meh I don't think it's bad etiquette. If there is a question and you are given the choice between linking to FTR or 2p2 (or other sites), and both answers are comparable, then I would say ship the FTR link. But, our purpose is to grow here and learn, and if another site explains something better, than I don't believe you should link inferior information for the sake of it being FTR. However, it would be much better to explain the information better, and then we could use that as the link from now on.

i don't use AF on my HUD. I know that most people who have customised their HUDs also don't include AF. I don't quote it when describing a villain, and ignore it when others mention it.
Seriously, VPIP-PFR-3bet or VPIP-PFR-Post flop Aggression Frequency, or something like that, should be the new default

To be honest, it worked for me. It's basically a bet/raise to call ratio. I like ratios. I understand ratios. But I agree it's pretty worthless, certainly the AF alone doesn't tell you much about an opponent, you have to put the number into context, you have to consider the VPIP and PFR numbers with the AF, and then maybe you can decide how loose or tight a player is, and how aggressive.
Still, I think too many people worry about these three numbers and not enough on the action before them.

Other than the fact the two stats are expressed in a different format - one is a ratio and the other is a percentage - are they really all that different fundamentally?

Aggression Factor is hands you bet or raised divided by hands you called (postflop).
Aggression Frequency is hands you bet or raised divided by hands you bet, raised, folded or called (multiplied by 100 to get the percent).
