Every three months or so, the good people over at Party Poker deposit $20 into my account. Cool, free money! Of course, I have to play 200 raked hands in two weeks to be able to cash it out. Fine, that should take a little more than three hours. Over two weeks, no problem!
However, since I used to play a lot of play money pot-limit omaha on PP a long, long time ago, I am not considered a "beginner" there despite the fact that I have only been playing for real money seriously since December. Because of this, the lowest limit I can play is $25 NL. (I play $10 NL at my other sites).
Invariably, my chip stack withers away and I bust out short of 200 hands. (I think 133 is the most I have made it).
So I ask you, what is the best way to actually touch some of this free money? I have even considered only posting blinds and folding, which would net about $4. Or playing super, super tight, still almost guaranteed $4, with minimal risk. (I'm not talking 19 hands here, I'm talking 6 hands [AA-TT, AK]). My friend suggested playing sit-n-goes to build some semblance of a workable roll, even though the sng hands would not count towards the 200.
Anyway, I'm tired of wasting my time with this free money. I can't stand PP either, because I always seem to get dealt shit there. I know it's a small sample, but my VP$IP% at my recent stint there (65 hands) was 15.38, compared to 21.45 in almost 1400 hands elsewhere, playing the same exact style.

Variance works both ways - if you're a decent player, you'll have up sessions as well at some point!

You'll net more than $4 if you just post the blinds, probably about $10 if 75% hands are raked.
If you really want the bonus money just open up 4 25NL tables and play for about an hour folding everything but premium hands.
