An expert on a cr vid that i watched says that you should aggressivly bluff Against post flop min raises . His reasoning is that at low and micro limits a min raise is usually an unsure hand and thus you can usually push them around.

well he was playing a 50nl game or was it 100nl anyway i guess he looks at that as micro limits. thats a far cry from 2nl where i play. So in a nut shell is this a good play for 2nl?

You'll see players who will snap fold to a 3bet, you'll see players who min-raise for "value".
If they do it for value they will often let you get to showdown cheep (e.g. an overpair vs set situation). Some will do it with draws to check behind on turn.
I never fold, but I won't bluff raise unless I've seen them do it a couple times.

I'd say no because new/bad players do not raise properly when they have a good and/or great hand.
Min-raises from donks are intimidating tbo.

Something that others have suggested, that has worked well for me, is to look at minbets/minraises almost as if they checked/called, and then note the players where you find this is inaccurate.

I'm unclear on what "tbo" means, but I agree completely. At NL10, I have found by painful trial and error that the min-rr mostly means a near-nut hand. These are donks, yes, without a clue. But when they have a great hand they want to raise it up to build a pot, but they're scared of driving off action.
Now, they leave the door wide open for you to draw against them with a something like 12 platinum-plated outs or better. But I'm folding TPTK and some 2 pairs to the min-rr. I will play back but only with real value or a big time draw.
I agree as well with Hawk. They're newbie donks down here, so their betting patters while erratic can be decoded after a while. Don't be the one to stack off finding out what they mean, however, because they generally mean business. When one of the clueless plays back and you find the min-rr meant weakness, note it. Then attack relentlessly.

at 2NL you should just be playing strictly for value most of the time people are just too bad.
