I signed up for epassporte just before they bailed on poker. Since then I've been using Moneybookers. I've used them for FTP and Pokerstars and have nothing but good things to say from both sites. The only downside is that Moneybookers isn't useable as an online visa as epassporte was. Oh well.

i withdraw to my credit card. But if you're in the US then cheque is probably the best (only?) option.

When I pulled out the majority of my BR to transfer to PS I just had them use the same CC (actually it was a debit card) I used when I made the deposit. Seems like it took about 12 days for it to hit my account.
