The downswing at 27K hands started about 5 days ago. Followed by a sic upswing in the last 2 days. Its been a crazy week.

Anyone else get way more motivated to play when your loosing...... I should fix that leak.

That is poker. I lost half of my bankroll, went from 1000 to 500 in 3 days, I think and now, I am steaming.

It hurts, but that is poker. I hope for upswing like you had.

i had huge swings when moving up to 50nl. first 5k were incredible at 13bb/100, the following 5k hands my monies disappeared faster than a nascar gets its tires changed for a final result of 0.2bb/100 over 10k hands.

im taking a few days off poker now, finish top and ace on the river before i slowly try to play again.

after a downswing i always struggle to get back confidence in my game and the kind of mental stability you need to play winning. after the 2nd or 3rd beat i have to quit, and realizing how i actually suck makes me tilt.

 Most of the time I'm break even for 15k hands followed by a 20bb/100 upswing. So don't worry about downswings but always look for flaws in your game. My pro friend Lyric said he once lost 33k at 1kNL, and that's what he does for a living. You say you feel shitty? Imagine how shitty he felt.
