I will be in a NL holdem tournment with about 30 people. Does anyone have an idea of a good blind structure and how often to change level? Is 20 minutes and doubling the blinds to rough?

Do you have good dealers? 20 minutes is a short blind level when you play live.

Well, no. The dealer is not a pro.
How long time does one hand take to play offline on average? 5 minutes?
Probably the tourn shouldn't take more then 4 hours (maybe 5). What's a good time per blind level then?
Do you recommend any good blind levels?

MIke , I have run a home tourney with 30 people for a couple of years and have a great document that you can use if you want. It is for a no limit tournament but could easily be modifiied for a limit or pot limit tourney. Just pm me with your e-mail and I will send it to you.
