1) make it more than 3x when the SB open-completes
2) Villain tendencies, reads, anything? VPIP/PFR? Loves to chase flush draws? Likes boobies?
3) Pot limit holdem?
4) Punch your monitor as punishment for the flush getting there, then yourself in the face. Why are you playing 25PL? Seems wrong.
Edit: put your opp on a range; generally we should take a bet/fold line on turn / river here since a lot of worse is calling and (mostly) only better is raising.

Do you fold or go weak every time there is 3 to a flush out? If so please stop, and bet. Bet turn, and river would take care of it's self ( if you're that sure of the flush you can b/f). You will be shown 2 pair or less so often here that you're throwing away money imo.
Bet turn
As played pot river.

Turn check is horrible -- you are in position with the nut straight and a draw to the nut flush.

b/f, b/f unless he's capable of slowplaying sets/2pairs on this type kind of flop. Would be nice if we had some type of read at all though.
