Table is stupid retarded villian in question that i deal with on the flop is running 61/6/1.5 %0 3 bet %93 limp call

I guess my first question is preflop. Should shoving or folding been my only two options?

Then if calling is an option should my line on the flop have been just plain shoving or check folding the hand down for pot control? My $12 bet into an $18 pot was basically %60 of my stack meaning if i miss which i did on turn shoving vs his range is behind at that point?

which villain in question?

also, I am bad at multi-way spots and protected pots
it seems like the best play is to check the flop back and cross fingers to hit

 Why are we betting so much on the flop? There's no money in the side pot right now, so you're betting $12 to win nothing, because even if the villain folds, you still have 2 players to race against. There's just no value in betting. I'd check flop and hope we hit.

I re-raise the second time pre-flop.

Would you have made is another $12 to go then shove the flop? I was wondering if I was re popping it here that once I had $16 invested if I should have just shoved preflop? The player who called my all in %90 of the time wouldn't have been in this hand if I had shoved or repopped this and when I missed would have only lost 20 bb's instead of the full 100

Pre-flop: You have lots of equity, force worse hands to keep putting in money or not see a flop. Winning unimproved isn't rare if you play this spot fast.
