I think the flop bet needs to be bigger (although it'd be very good on a K64r flop) and you should have just shoved the turn with his stack-size.

Yep that is what i was thinking, what do you think villian is showing up with here most of the time?

hands we beat and hands that beat us

I couldn't give you a great range, on the flop his range is a lot of draws and mediocre 1-pair hands. On the turn it goes much more towards draws.

could this be typical of someone hitting the set with either pocket 4's or 2's?.It puzzles me why the villain bet .90 on the river ...why didn't he just go all in ? Unless that was the last of his bankroll.
