Could someone please explain to me what the min. is a person can raise at any time in a NL game. I didn't fully understand the Party Poker explaination (probably because it only gives an example with an opening bet).

A raise must be as large as the amount of the last raise/bet over the previous raise/bet.
A opens for 20
B raises to 60 (40 "to go")
C must re-raise to at least 100 (60 + 40)

Just checking a few things, the min. B needed to raise was 20 more (i.e. raise to 40) right?
If C does raise 40 more to 100 the next player can call 100 or raise a min. of 40 to 140, but if C raises 60 more to 120, the next player can call 120 or raise a min. of 60 more to 180?
Hope that wasn't confusing.
